The intention of Prenatal Yoga is to prepare for your labor and create the optimal gestation for your baby: through the power of presence, posture, breathing and voice vibration. Prenatal yoga is also a way to develop an understanding of what is happening on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Each week we introduce a specific theme that relates to pregnancy, for example: our mental states, the different stages of labour, being a parent. This class is an opportunity to let the go natural fear or expectations we may hold and move towards acceptance and courage. Sharing a space with other mother’s can feel extremely supportive. Prenatal yoga is suitable for any level of yoga. Second, third, fourth pregnancies welcome!

Core Strength Pilates
This class focuses on improving deep core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility & stabilization through the core & peripheral muscles while adding flexibility & suppleness to your body. Strong core muscles support the spine, reduce back pain & help with posture & every day balance. You will leave feeling longer, leaner & stronger.
No pilates experience is necessary, and this class is appropriate for students of all ability levels.
Mom and Baby Yoga is an integrated practice where both mom and baby benefit. Through meditation, breathing, and postures, yoga of sound, we learn how to be present to however you and baby are feeling in an open and accepting way. In class we will address our physical, mental and emotional needs. The intention of this class is to give parents tools to help them be happy, healthy and relaxed in their moment to moment life. This class is suitable for babies 6 weeks to crawling. No yoga experience required.
