Yoga Therapy

According to the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and wellbeing through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. It’s a progressive and non-invasive approach, complementary to western medicine. It can benefit every individual and help with postural and/or hormonal imbalances, stress management, pre and post natal symptoms, etc. Each session includes a discussion on the persons health, explanations on the functioning of the body and mind, a yoga practice as well as a take-home exercise prescription.

Saturday and Sunday   10:00am - 7:00pm
