Core Strength Pilates This class focuses on improving deep core strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility & stabilization through the core & peripheral muscles while adding flexibility & suppleness to your body. Strong core muscles support the spine, reduce back pain & help with posture & every day balance. You will leave feeling longer, leaner & stronger. No pilates experience is necessary, and this class is appropriate for students of all ability levels. Pre-registration required.

Saturday and Sunday   10:00am - 7:00pm
